Recommended Resources
1.) Lastpass – store all of your passwords in one secure location, generate random passwords, auto-fill in login information for every site that you access. You can use different secure random passwords for all sites and just remember your Lastpass password .
2.) Google Authenticator – Two factor authentication – combine with Lastpass for the ultimate security.
iPhone 3.) Skype – I use Skype every day for voice / video calls and chats with my coaching clients and business partners
4.) Clickfunnels™– The software I build all my sales funnels with (Get a 2 week Free trial below).
** I no longer use Clickfunnels as my go to funnel builder. I recommend the HBA Funnel Builder (below). It is a high quality funnel builder at a much more affordable cost. It is fast, easy to use, and honestly the BEST Funnel Builder I have ever used.

5.) Domain Names – I use GoDaddy for all of my domain names. I don’t use GoDaddy for web hosting (see below). Always Google godaddy promo code when registering a domain – you can usually find a 30% off promo code to apply to your domain purchase. I have heard that Namecheap is good and sometimes cheaper than GoDaddy but have never used it myself.
6.) Web Hosting – I currently use A2 Hosting for all of my websites. It’s fast, easy to use, and the customer service is top notch. I’ve used Bluehost in the past as well and it was also a great hosting company. I don’t get my domains through my hosting provider – I find it easier to manage domains all in one place with GoDaddy.
7.) Email Autoresponder – I use both GetResponse and Aweber. They both have great reputations and deliverability. I currently would recommend GetResponse over Aweber because you get more subscribers and features for the cost. This could change so do your due diligence in researching which one is best for you.
8. Zoom – free webinar and video collaboration for up to 100 attendees. You can also share screens (including tablets and smartphones). You can also use Zoom to record videos for video marketing if you are on a budget.
9.) Perfect Webinar – If you are doing webinars or gonna do webinars, this will give you high converting sales scripts.
10.) Funnel Scripts – This is the software that you can use to write sales copy. This piece of software makes you look like you’re an expert copywriter even if you have no clue how to write copy. You can use this for your optin pages, landing pages, sales funnels, webinar scripts and emails.
11.) Expert Secrets Free Book – This book will show you how to leverage what you already know to generate revenue. If you want to learn how to position yourself as a expert this is a must read.
12.) DotComSecrets Free Book– This book will teach you how to master sales funnels and grow a profitable business online.
13.) Straight Line Leadership – This is my favorite book for learning how to get your sh^t together as an entrepreneur and become a high achiever. Warning this is not a fluffy feel good motivational book. This book teaches you the concepts you need to master that 99% of people don’t want to tell you.
14.) The Cashflow Quadrant – Robert Kiyosaki – guide to financial freedom – very good book describing differences in employees vs business owners and much more.
15.) The 4-Hour Workweek – Timothy Ferris – learn how to live more and work less.
16.) Scheduling – Meeting organizer and scheduler – forget going back and forth with emails to schedule meetings. I use two – Calendly and Scheduleonce. Calendly is free and provides basic scheduling functions. Scheduleonce has more advanced features.
17.) Graphics design – I use Canva for a lot of my designs, It’s free and easy to use. For more advanced designs I use Fiverr.com
18.) Documentation – I use Google Docs for many things. It’s basically a free online version of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.. and you can easily share your docs with others. If you have a gmail account, you already have access to Google Docs.
